LANSCO COLORS of Pearl River, NY and Delta Performance Products of Covington, GA have announced the formation of a joint venture for the purpose of acquiring the assets of the Cleveland Pigment & Color Co. 

As of June 1, 2012, the new Company will be called Cleveland Pigment and Blending Company and will maintain their office and manufacturing facility at 1730 East Market St., Akron, Oh.

Donald Greenwald, President of LANSCO COLORS said, “This acquisition provides us greater flexibility to better address our customers’ needs and explore new opportunities where custom blending and packaging capabilities are required .”

Shawn Hays, President of Delta Performance Products added, “We believe there are many companies for whom our blending, grinding, and packaging services will provide great value. We are looking to add equipment for additional capacity and welcome all customer inquiries”.
